2020 disrupted the world in many ways, and Skillsoft was uniquely positioned to learn from those disruptions.

This visual sub-system found their initial form in a keynote for HR professionals emphasizing their role navigating companies through disruption and change. The main visual system includes an angled Edge graphic that echoed rain and the storm metaphor in the presentation title.

I also bisected letterforms with this linework, underscoring the challenges with reading, understanding, and navigating disruptive, dynamically changing situations.

The disruption narrative also carried into insights about learning.

Originally conceived as one of three reintroduction books, the first Learning Insights report eventually broke away from its siblings. I built the book’s visuals around the disruptive linework and typography, complementing it with large photographs, statistics, and infographics.
